Philosophy:

Physical education should provide an environment which will allow a child to experience the joy of physical activity and discover the value of personal fitness as part of his/her daily living. It is a forum for students to begin to make responsible and thoughtful decisions relative to their personal health habits and practices. This phase of general education program should enable a child to internalize and understand the merits of participation, cooperation and tolerance through physical activity.

A little about me:

I'm from Monterrey. This is my 5th year teaching P. E. at the American School Foundation Of Monterrey.

I have a BA in Sport Organization (Facultad de Organizacion Deportiva,Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon) and a Master Degree in Science of Education (Buffalo State University)

I have worked as a swimming instructor, weight trainer and spinning instructor.

I love teach PE because I believe that a healthy body is the base of a successful student.
